Ways You Can Help

The ARVC Foundation is funded in large part by tax-deductible donations and supported by contributions of time and talent from volunteers. There are many ways you can help:

  • Support the Going for the Gold campaign to enable the ARVC Foundation in forever achieving Outdoor Hospitality Excellence through education. Contact Paula Horwitz for more information.
  • Become a Giving Tree Donor and create a lasting tribute to someone you would like to honor. The Giving Tree is a beautiful wood sculpture with leaves of bronze and copper that is on permanent display at ARVC’s national headquarters. You will also receive an engraved plaque in recognition of your contribution.
  • Help the ARVC Foundation by making a general or specific program contribution. Whether you are giving to support a program such as Education or Disaster Relief, or you just want to give a general donation, your donation may be tax-deductible.
  • Support the Foundation’s silent and live auctions and the Walk for Disaster Relief at the annual Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo.  Support for the silent and live auctions may be through donating an item for the auctions or bidding on auction items.
  • Support the Dick Hartford Memorial Scholarship Fund. Dick Hartford, a true friend and advocate of our industry, passed away in 2013. In his honor and dedication to ongoing education the Dick Hartford Memorial Scholarship Fund was created. Your contribution to this fund will help keep his legacy alive and support those interested in continuing their education in the Outdoor Hospitality industry.
  • Give the Gift of Time by volunteering your valuable skill set(s) to the ARVC Foundation.
